appointment booking & health information

Our Site does not collect protected health information (PHI). When you book an appointment, you will be directed to Vagaro, our third-party booking and practice management platform. Treatment-related communications (aftercare instructions, clinical questions, and follow-up messages containing health information) are handled through Quo, our HIPAA-compliant communication platform. Quo does not store or process SMS/MMS content under its Business Associate Agreement — any text-based communications containing PHI require your separate authorization.
